Shipping & Return Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order. Your product/s will be shipped within 1 to 2 days of receiving your order and you should receive the shipment within 4 to 7 days.
Currenty we offer international shipping only to Canada, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
At this time, we do not ship to any countries not listed above. Please contact us if you are interested in having your country added, we look forward to hearing from you and sending you our products!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, and a one-off handling convenience fee of $7 will be added.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Reimagine Wellness, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Currently we are unable to accept refunds or returns from international customers. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds and Returns
We are confident you are going to love our products! But we understand that sometimes things just quite don't work out. In that instance, you may take advantage of our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
We accept returns in the USA only, and for up to 90 days after delivery for any reason. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs, if any for the return.
Limit: One product per household.
In order to submit for a refund, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject "Refund" and let us know which product you will be returning. Our concierge team will get back to you to approve it (no hassle!).
