LAW ENFORCEMENT AND INVESTIGATIONS

CHANGE OF CONTROL; CORPORATE EVENTS
Please also note that we do reserve the right to disclose or transfer your Personal Information and other information in connection with a proposed or actual merger or sale (including any transfers made as part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding) involving all or part of our business or as part of a proposed or actual debt or equity financing, corporate reorganization, stock sale or other change in control.
SWEEPSTAKES OR PROMOTIONS
If you submit your email address to be added to a mailing list or Sweepstakes or other promotion, we will use the email address for the sole purpose of sending you announcements, special offers from Reimagine Wellness and its promotional partners along with Site updates. Each email we send will contain information on how to unsubscribe from our mailing list.
REFERRALS
If you elect to use our referral services for informing a friend about our Site we ask you for the friend's name and email address. Reimagine Wellness will automatically send the friend an initial email inviting them to visit or transact with the Site. Additionally, you may send additional "Nudges" to your friend to remind them to sign up. Reimagine Wellness stores this information for the sole purpose of sending these referral emails and tracking the success of our referral program. The friend may contact hello@geteimagine.com to request the removal of this information from our database and to stop receiving such Nudges.
THIRD-PARTY AD NETWORKS
We work with third parties such as network advertisers to display advertisements on our Sites, to assist us in displaying advertisements on third party websites, and to evaluate the success of our advertising campaigns. These third parties may display advertisements based on your visits to our Sites as well as other websites, in order to show you more relevant ads for products and services for which you might be interested. We may provide these third-party advertisers with information about your usage of our Sites, as well as other aggregate or non-personally identifiable information. However, Reimagine Wellness will not be liable for disclosures of your Personal Information due to errors in transmission or unauthorized or unlawful acts of third parties. California residents may request a list of all third parties to which we have disclosed certain personal information about you for the third party’s own marketing purposes. You may make one request per calendar year. In your request, please attest that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response to you. Our Site does not target children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of thirteen (13). If we learn upon reasonable discovery that a child under age 13 has provided us with Personal Information, we will use all commercially reasonable efforts to delete such information from our database.
Our Site may contain links to other web sites, including our affiliated or co-branded websites. Other web sites may also reference or link to our Site. These "other" domains (web sites) are not controlled by Reimagine Wellness.
